Breitengraser Gallery in Sophienstrasse shows two Keith Thompson exhibitions at the same time, “homage” and “Suspended animation”. In the former Thompson pays homage to three artists who have been decisive for his development: George Batailles, Rene’ Magritte, Marcel Duchamp. All works displayed in the xhibition are sculptures of feet. The most important piece refers to Marcel Duchamp’s “Nude Descending a Staircase” from 1911.
